Book Review

I truly enjoyed Self-Publish & Succeed: The No Boring Books Way to Writing a Non-Fiction Book that Sells by Julie Broad. Some of the information I knew from reading other books on writing and publishing in the past. Julie Broad gives a great step-by-step process on how to publish a non-fiction book and how to write the best book that you can. Some of her processes for writing a book I would approach differently, but overall I liked her step-by-step process. One of the sections that stood out to me was her chapters on traditional versus self-publishing and the specific things to think about when you’re done writing your book and you want to sell it.

I would recommend this book for writers who want to write non-fiction books. I am writing a fiction book, so some of this information did not apply to me. This is a book that I can reference if I want to write a non-fiction book in the future and I can use the later chapters to make sure my publishing goes as smoothly as possible. I would rate this book 5 out of 5 stars.
