Book Review

The Ninth Month by James Patterson is the first by him I have ever read, so I was excited to see what was in store for me. I have mixed feelings. The plot and setting were great. I could really feel I was in New York City and the plot pretty much the whole time kept me on my toes. The ending however felt very rushed also there was so much tension and suspense I thought the ending would have been more grandeur than it was. The book also could have been a lot shorter. There was just a lot of extra fluffy that wasn’t relevant to the plot or the final outcome of the book. Some of these things do describe how certain characters are which is nice, but it went overboard at times. Overall, I did like the book the ending just disappointed me.
