Great Urban Fiction Book

Inner City Blues by T.L. Wilmore was wonderful book. At first I wasn’t sure what I would feel about this book. I don’t normally read books within the urban fiction genre. I rated this book 4 out of 5 stars.

Characters

I like how the main character Bree was old enough to understand her situation, but she could only do some much to help. Even though I have not been in the situation the main character has been in I was able to understand why she felt what she did.

Realistic Situations

T.L. Wilmore is the author of this book and he sent me this book in exchange for an honest review. The book is fairly short and it includes a list of resources to help those dealing with domestic abuse and other situations.

A Good Resource Book

Overall, I do recommend this book because it has a realistic plot, in depth characters and great resources. Thank you once again T.L. Wilmore for sending me this book for review.
